Rare 19th century black forest bear. Finest grade hand carved swiss bear. Excellent condition, original patina and glass eyes. No age cracks. The quality can be seen in the bears meticulously carved fur, it's realistic face, and the posing of the body. This is from the estate of an Ohio family who had it for over one century. It is twenty-two inches tall, nine and a half inches wide, and eleven inches deep.
